I am a teacher with ten years' experience, including working as Head of English and Assistant Head in large comprehensive schools.

My experience as an examiner of GCSE English for the last 15 years means I can help prepare students very effectively for their exams: I've had a senior role for the last eight years and, been Assistant Principal for the last two. I am also a subject expert in English for Ofqual and nine of my last ten lesson observations in the last five years have been graded 'outstanding' on the Ofsted scale.
